Linda Buehler's Cannon PowerShot Camera

The sad thing about the 1st day of school!! I lost my camera!! I was going from room to room taking pictures of all the kids, parents and teachers, and I had to go into the DayCare room to check something, so I set my camera down, God only knows where - and this is I'm sure the biggest part of the problem - and for over a month now, I have searched the building like a crazy women, and it is not to be found!! I have prayed that God knows exactly where it is and would He please show me - and I don't think it is in the building! If anyone knows anything about this - the saddest thing is that all the Grade School 1st day of school pictures are on the new card in the camera. I have got over it, kind of - but it is hard not to let something like that make you goofy - because I keep thinking - maybe I just have not looked hard enough - if I look again for the 893rd time - maybe this time I will find it, in the same places I have already looked 892 times! I hate to loose things!!

The camera imformation: It is a - Cannon - Power Shot S500 Digital ELPH 5.0 Mega Pix., and it was in a Cannon - Power Shot camera case. Just this Summer on vacation the little door where the compact flash card fits in, broke. So it had tape on the right side of the camera that held this door shut! If you know anything about it, or you have seen this camera anywhere, or you would just keep your eyes open for it, or you would just encourage me to "LET IT GO", please let me know!!! I know we do not own anything really, as a child of God, I know God just lets us use everything, and it all belongs to Him, so yes get over it, I keep telling myself!

1ST DAY OF SCHOOL - 1ST - 5TH GRADE

WOW - We are off to a running start! For the first time, our Parent's Orientation happened with the children on the first day of school! I really loved it! It was great having the kids be a part of it, hearing it all from the very beginning, and having all the parents with their children! What did you think of this - was it more convenient than a night time orientation, without the kids? Or what do you think!??? Please let me know so that we can make our plans for next year!

The first day of school is always, exciting, scary, new clothes & shoes, smiles, new books & materials, and thank God - at this age - hopefully no tears, except from the parents (maybe tears of joy!) It is always fun to see the parents so excited for their kids, taking pictures, spit washing faces, etc.! All those great things we parents do!! I would give anything to go back to those days!! While we live in the moment - sometimes we don't think that someday it will all be over! The children will grow up, they will tie their own shoes, cut their own meat, take their own bath, graduate, move away from home, etc., etc. I know I mention these things a lot - but I guess looking from the other side - I know how quick it seems to happen! I love kids and families! Thanks for the opportunity you give me to be a part of your family!

SO GREAT TO BE WITH EVERYONE AGAIN! It was a great Summer, but I love it when school starts again! I am looking forward to a great year.
